Zapp Mobile‘s standard return policy provides a 30-day no hassle return from date of purchase on all unopened product in the original package. Any defective products may be returned for a replacement or full refund within the return period with original packaging. Buyers are responsible for any return shipping fees. In order to maintain competitive prices we may refuse any return which does not meet these standards.
All products listed in our store are 100% in stock and ready for immediate shipping. All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification along with tracking information when your order has been shipped. Standard delivery is 3 to 5 business days via USPS after order has been processed unless another method of shipping is requested. We are not responsible for delays in shipping once the package has been picked up by the carrier. All orders less than $35 will be charged a flat $5 shipping fee.
USPS priority shipping method is available during check out. Free shipping promotion does not apply to priority shipping, packages shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. Territories.
Business hours are Monday thru Friday from 9am-5pm. Orders are processed during these hours. Excludes holidays.
Orders may be cancelled providing that the order has not been shipped and is still pending fulfillment. In this case an email with the order number must be sent to us promptly (refer to the above shipping policy for timing). If your order can not be cancelled and has already been processed and shipped we will send you an email letting you know that we were unable to cancel the order and you will have the option of requesting a return label for returning the order for a refund.
